That's exactly what I thought. You're the Empress, you could imprison him and no one would dare to question it. Atleast he wouldn't be going around manipulating everyone.

i dont like how convenient things are for the villain and how easily he seems to manipulate people, it just doesn't make sense... Especially sense white hair dude seemed so smart. &She should have just said something to the Emperor and had him imprisoned under suspicion so he couldn't cause more trouble while she figured him out. At least put guards on him at all times after witnessing him injure a member of the royal family. Same with the escort, they could have just had 2 guards escort them and BAM plans foiled/ murder averted. It's obvious if you suspect him to do that... Her decree could have been imprisonment too and she could have questioned her later on (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
