If we're gonna believe what everyone's saying then it is indeed indecent to ask married men for flowers instead of asking for payment. And asking for a boat? Why? I know rich people should be hated, specially nobles since they hoard money but it's understandable if a wife gets angry at their husbands and a woman who entertains feelings such a interest in married men. I actually like this better that they're hating on both their husband's and the woman instead of just the woman.

True I agree on that, and moreover since the setting is in the past, so ig a woman flirting with married men (or maybe someone's fiancee) is a real big deal.

You miss the point, this is not now times, it's based off ye olden days thru the eyes of today's person. Work is not exactly a viable option and the available jobs are rather limited. Asking for flowers is basically saying tonight it's on the house to regular customers who spend a lot and tip well every time they come, but is done in the form of service because she is aware they come to ogle her and listen to honey dripping from her mouth. Asking for a boat from richy mec rich rich rich is fine too, the amount they have is so insane, that it's nothing to them. And that they're married or not, what does that matter? They're the ones who come to get sweettalked and eat a person raw with their eyes, whether they want it to be something more or not is on them.
