Well... I know people who are like that and sadly this is more "normal" what we think...
Some people only want theit happiness without considering other people feelings
I was more upset with Keigo. He knew chi was upset but he didn't reject him until the very end. He could have saved a lot of grief by just giving him a proper rejection as soon as Okezawa announced his intentions.
I agree that characters like Okezawa are annoying but I like to see how the main characters react to them as well.

I hate characters like Okezawa, yeah they add unto the plot, but honestly they're so annoying IMO. They know the person they're after already has a significant other but they still cling on like a pest. Sheesh, it's very unbecoming. #－.－)
