I can't get over how the plot went from 'Kouichi having to make the most important decision of his life by deciding between leaving his world behind and being forgotten by everyone he ever loved, or leaving Caius who is the love of his life and will literally die if he leaves' and now it's going to 'Caius and Kouichi go on a quest to to find a slutty elf and discover how Kouichi can get all of dat fat titan dick in his tiny ass.'
