Well, the fingers and fingernails are a bit weird. It's distracting.
for me, the art is okay, and wold be better if they put extra effort in the tone and shade. tho, I can't really get much feelings from it.
I didt give an explination but these were my thougs :) drawings are light but you can't see the effort in shapes and as you said theres no tones , shades - nor percpective . ı cant read them like this , every panel seems very similar , boring
Oh just after ı was looking in galery and ı can see some pages with okey art , but ı lost my interest in the begining so ...

yeah the lines are too thin and are barely there.. tho it does make it seem more sad somehow n makes the uke look like he'll fly off by a flick of a finger bc of how thin the art is lol.
I didn't like the art
