Yes he is, but how do u expect someone to be like after they were forced to see the world with reality and going through real pain,struggle and survival and not a fairytale view or normal like most. Hopefully with eves love he will learn to live himself himself more which will change how he sees his surroundings.

Tbh, I think he’s quite a good character. His thoughts are realistic and straight forward and he doesn’t fear to say them. We can’t pretend like the world is an overly wonderful place.. especially with his experience with it, his thoughts will obviously be somewhat negative towards the world. (〜￣△￣)〜
