i respect your opinion but id like you to elaborate how taku's "good for haesoo". the only thing he has going on for him is his suave. other than that? he only saw haesoo as a passtime then he gets emotional after he caught feelings. joowon may have had a questionable relationship with haesoo but atleast his intentions were genuine. thats the big difference between him and taku. plus haesoo's mom is a bitch. atleast joowon was completely supportive of haesoo's dreams - something even his biological mother couldnt do for him. so good riddance

oh man not ANOTHER one with absolutely zero reading comprehension. you're sitting at chapter 96 unable to realize despite the countless of chapters showing it how taku is a toxic socipathic person that tried to manipulate and guilt trip haesoo? "SOMEONE GOOD FOR THEM", I HAVE TO LAUGH SO HARD LMAOOOOO
Joowon meanwhile spent this whole manhwa taking hit after hit for haesoo because he genuinely loved him start to end, and just wanted the best for him. and even let him go until haesoo came to him instead.

exactly! taku may have had alternative intentions in the beginning but he changed while they were together and the relationship between haesoo and his mom were JUST starting to get better too. i prefer taku because he changed while the other guy was so toxic the WHOLE time. no matter what they’re both toxic but taku is the lesser of 2 demons

no be honest be honest have you actually read Loh up to the latest chapter? taku is deadass the least developed character in the story. literally give me a few examples of sacrifices and selfless acts he did for haesoo or for other ppl, rather than his own selfish needs and feelings. I can make a long list for joowon. Taku is the most selfcentered character in the story, hence why he ends up with no one.

i wouldnt be wasting my time here if certain people don't know how to get past surface level reading ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ even if i weren't a joowon stan, i'd still believe that everything they said is biased and an insult to what really happened in the story. and anyway, why does the blame go to haesoo? lmao if anything he's the victim. being emotionally thrown around by both joowon and taku. he took all the shit and came out so depressed he cried at the sight of himself on a photograph. it's your opinion if you think he never developed in the story but to say he started everything is absolutely contemptible

Not true at all. Haesoo is definitely weak but not more than most people.
As a child, his parents divorced and he threw his lot behind his mom and followed her. As a teenager, he fell in love with Joowon but his mother's extreme reaction ended it right there and he was taken away just like that and was not given a choice in that. His mom is quite controlling and guilt-trips him into never crossing her and he doesn't dare to. On the other hand, he cannot stop liking Joowon and ends up in an ambiguous relationship with him.
His weakness is his inability to stand up to his mother because he feels like he owes that to her and his inability to let go of Joowon because he loves him. He is very emotional and desperately craves an open and passionate relationship which he can't have with Joowon because of his feelings of guilt towards him mother. So he is depressed and in pain, as shown by how he tears off the skin near his finger nails. His terrible emotional state make it impossible for him to do well in his chosen profession, writing. That makes him even more depressed. He reacts by trying to make things just as painful for Joowon so that he can feel better. Not a great place to be in. So, when Taekyung offers him an alternative, he takes it and breaks things off with Joowon. But then the distance actually bring things into perspective and makes him face what is really important to him.
So, for Haesoo, rather than character growth, what he gains is a better understanding of himself and what he really wants in life.

The problem with Taku is that he DIDNT get rightful development lol. Even in chapter 99 he tried to guilt trip and blame haesoo for their relationship that he CHOSE. He really just couldn't get over himself. Like if you can name me a single thing he did for purely haesoo's sake, that weren't driven by his own selfish feelings, or manipulative motives, please be my guest. Because even after thoroughly rereading the story, I cant find it ?? On the contrary, Joowon's whole arc is literally about things he does for Haesoo's sake while sacrificing his OWN feelings and trust issues. That's probably why he's endgame.
Also Haesoo. HUh??.... Haesoo's whole character was about him being a dishonest, fearful and selfish. He thought joowon doesn't love him (a misunderstanding here). And so he uses manipulative tactics like getting joowon jealous and angry for his sake, as a replacement for "love". Him running to the hospital to let out the total truth IS HIS DEVELOPMENT. There is no longer a manipulative facade over his actions. He's being 100% honest at that moment and putting his heart on his sleeve. He sheds his cowardice and fears of "joowon won't have a good life with me", "our relationship is wrong", "i'll lose my mom if im with him" and just confesses to Joowon. in his monologue, he also apologizes over and over for wishing joowon would suffer for his sake, or wishing joowon wouldn't succeed at his job... he realizes that he was WRONG and selfish to think that. that if you truly love someone else you'd want them to be happy regardless of if you get hurt. tf did you mean he had no development. everything he had with taku was leading up to that moment too (ie: crying at the exhibition, realizing in his time with taku that "oh. so this is regular couple stuff... just like i did with joowon... maybe our relationship wasnt so wrong after all")
does he end up wit taku or no because if not im not finishing this ..
