that's what i was thinking, maybe some sort of massive power reserve inside of her that is swallowing her up if she doesn't take the pills to suppress them~ maybe why she died at 18 in the novel was because of it too?
are the pills suppressing her supposed OP powers? Cuz the pills be shady af. Why else would the author give info. dump on us readers about the pills
