I have some where there is no romance at all or romance doesn't affect the story, but i don't thinke there is any without fanatsy or a bit of supernatural.
Most of them are dungeon/Dungeon IRL (e.g.Solo leveling and omniscient reader) but are from the modern age.
Some of the a Reincarnation into another wold, which I' guessing has too much fanatsy.
There is also some special cases like God of highschool and Villain intialization
