btw this is only if his name is french, im not sure but im canadian, living in quebec so im pretty confident in my french

I think of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
The bunny butler calls Blue that and pronounces it "Mr. Blue-regard" ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Also think of violet Beauregard from Charlie and the chocolate factory, thats where I got my pronunciation from bow (as in the bow and arrow type)- regard (as in ‘send my regards’)

As for me, I spell it as:
“Beau” from “beauty”
And “regarde” from “best regard”.

And for “Beauregarde”, I put a meaning to it as:
“Best wishes of a beauty”... lol... it sounds weird but kinda suit him in my opinion...
