yeah its different, somehow hes supposed to have a fully functional uterus, but also externally he appears to have standard male genitals i guess?? not possible irl bc one or the other is non-functional typically, or the person is infertile (based on my anatomy classes, without going too far in depth scientifically). Maybe we'll get more of an explanation when he finally tells his baby daddy
