Hmm, you can say that of any story, though. If the personality of the older brother in Gakuen Babysitter was different, it could've gone bad. If the personality of the guy in Love So Live was different, it could've gone bad. If the personality of the king in Who Made Me A Princess was different, it could've gone bad. If the personality of the MC in Shield Hero was different, it could've gone bad. If you focus on the problematic part of the setting rather than the actual execution of the story, then you might as well not read at all.

Oh, no. Don't misunderstand me lol. I was just casually putting it out there. I wouldn't mind reading this even if the genre were the complete opposite.
And I just wanted to point out the thin line of the MC's actions. Like sure, its fortunate that she's of the good obsessive type who knows the good and bad of stanning. But if you look at it another way - if she didn't have the personality she does now but was instead of the bad obsessive type who deliberately schemed her way to become the mom due to her obsession - the genre would be completely flipped and we'd wish for her death. The MC is aware of how her actions look to an third party and is respectfully standing. But again, I was just casually saying :))
Ok, but let's be honest. If her personality was just a tad bit different, this entire thing could have gone down a completely different route - and not the good, family luff genre we're seeing now but the creepy, concerning, horror-psych genre
