Yeah,just ji-yul lost his memories.
So ji-yul lost his memory because they were destined to get into an accident where they both would lose their memories but ji-yul decided to take the unconscious Juno with him since they were supposed to get into the accident no matter what. I guess ji-yul thought they would both lose their memories so that neither of them would suffer but because juno was unconscious the accident did not cause any memory lose. So only Juno remembers their past and ji-yul does not.

To be completely honest I don’t know. But he was unconscious before the accident so I guess that’s how it worked out in the story. Sorry I don’t really have an answer to it ╥﹏╥
