(⊙…⊙ ) why does that sentence sound alarm bells? What does Kang mean by it? It knocked the wind out of my lungs... somebody explain

    It's Kang's insecurity speaking. He sees Ahn as this innocent, perfect cinnamon roll and he sees himself as this very flawed, rough, and problematic man.

    Oh thank youmy friend, for explaining...I forgot Kang is highly insecure... the whole drama before they got together was because he couldn't come to terms with reality that Yiyoung likes him.
