i believe you're right. param didn't necessarily say "i like you too" but jfc he accepted hwi's feelings and agreed to go on a date with him. from hwi's perspective, i'm sure he thinks they're dating especially since they had been sexually exclusive up until then. they're not in an "official" relationship but this still totally messed up and param is in the wrong
