    It wasn't really stated that it was the culprit was the servant, although the servant did have a grudge on the Empress in behalf of the concubine girl

    Personally, I think Lyn tripped and fell. IDK, I wouldn't be surprised if someone really did push her though, but the artist didn't show it all on purpose for this arc, but so far I'm still thinking she got flustered and tripped.

    But Servant girl... she was WAY too defensive about the whole thing. And a really suspicious part was where the she went to the (Chancelor??) and was wayy too surprised and overjoyed when he said he didn't believe it was her who pushed Lady Lyn. Maybe it didn't translate well, but it seems super odd for her to even bring that up if she really didn't do it.

    I wouldn't implicate myself by saying that. See how that'd make them look guilty af, like they actually DID do it and was outwardly surprised the person bought their lie. If someone ever says "wait you believe me??? you don't think it was me??", I'd say "No, I didn't... but now I do!!"
