That one's art threw me off at first but the relationship development is absolutely beautiful and well-done. Although I found the art definitely grew on me.

well we all knew I wasn't hardcore I feel :P I do quite enjoy dark humor but gore just doesn't do anything for me...apparently. I'm also easily scarred I think. I found this thing on pinterest accidentally where somebody took plastic doll body parts and made a babipede and I'm sorry that is messed up and terrifying. Toy story with the spider baby was bad enough.

Well everyone has a different taste. Even if some tastes are fucked up like mine. xD Omg i know that pic of the babipede. Its hilarious. xD

No judging lol I personally think I'm a big baby. I mean I don't mind bloodshed in movies and tv and I quite like horror novels...specially if there's black humor. But gorey manga scares me apparently. That and people being eaten alive and cannibalism in general. And stuff that might ACTUALLY eat me...not so much a fan...cougars, bears, man-eating trolls

Yeah. I saw the anime of it first and finally decided to read the manga (was afraid I would be disappointed). Once I started reading it I was stuck! Lol!

its fairly slow but its very sweet. I don't usually mind slow...but its not one of those BAM sex mangas

I haven't watched the anime. Recently finished the manga it was very well developed. wasn't more angst than I can handle. That's always nice

The anime is good. Of course it not the whole story. It ends where they kinda get together. Lets just say from watching the show and then finally reading the manga it just melded very well together.

I never watch any animes cause I have this obsessive need to read the manga first and then never seem to do it.

I'll have to give it a try. The manga was super good I loved it. I have so many animes to watch and catch up on its not even funny.

Well this story is sooooo good. There was a seperation from Haru wo Daite it and"Winter Cicadea"(which was really very sad.) And if you read the authors afterword you see where that story came from. Anyway this story touched me.

I really like stories that focus on relationship development without overplaying the drama and angst. BL and Shonen Ai do that so much better than the other genres...with a few exceptions obviously :P

They do! When I want to enjoy and shoujo story I watch animes! Like Kimi ni Todoki, Say "I love You", Kamisama Kiss, Tora Dora, Maid Sama, etc...

Heh I've found some good less angsty shoujos but there's so many more that are ridiculous. I like age gap stories and male lead falls first. V.b. rose is one of my favorites aaaaand the female lead is a crafter who likes to make purses so I can identify with her...in fact she's basically me...lol cep tiny and cute...I've watched a few shoujo animes and this whole madness started with k-dramas

damn it I forgot to click reply. I've watched part of kimi ni todoki, finished say I love you, reading kamisama kiss, watched maid sama and working on the manga. I prefer to read the manga first but a lot of these I get distracted and so I haven't. First anime I watched was My Little Monster and then Noragami...and then Ouran :P I love ouran its absurd
