It isn't cause uke is under the impression he is straight, while the seme apparently has had this one guy crush. The reason why he doesn't want to be together isn't biphobic cause it isn't about this specially, but about the uke's trauma and trust issues.
i mean if he was straight he wouldnt like men its either he was bi or pan and trust issue doesnt excuse bi or pan phobic in his case but i do hope he learns the different and get educated
he isnt biphobic, yuki (uke) doesnt want to daye nogi (seme) because nogi has been straight and always dating women and is scared that nogi liking him is just a phase and will abandon him one day

Yeah we know that but the problem is seme had been dating girls all this time. The uke surely feel like this was a spur of the moment thing being confessed to by seme who never been with man before. And u know how some people are homophobics, this might make the seme to be turned against by society and might revert back to his 'normal' straight life.
