Plot. Dumb decision making for the sake of plot. Those twins are just like their father lol. Making their own assumptions without any actual communication.
I Just wanna say that The king Is just looking out for his children.. He did misunderstood the situation then decided to send them back but hearing that your children doesn’t need you or anything.. wouldn’t that hurt as a Father? Altho he does truly care about the two It’s just the huge misundestanding
