I am not sure why Suha said that. His face said it all. He actually didn't want to do that after Red Head tried to have his way with him. This situation now is basically a continuation of his relationship with red head. He did everything that Dude wanted because he liked him so much even if that wasn't his thing (like that time having sex in front of that other asshole). Obviously it IS different because Suha knows Jiwoon isn't an asshole but still ...
I guess he said that because it was always like that. He gives in because he doesn't want to push the other person away. I guess.
