I mean with the intent to betray as in knowingly having sex with others knowing your partner doesn't and wouldn't agree or having sex with other people to hurt their feelings. Or doing it just because you can and not because you're thinking about the other person's feelings or even your own. Basically I'm saying Oogami is doing it with literally no feelings attached, he's just trying to get paid. And I'm saying that Sakuma hasn't voiced any disagreement in not letting Oogami do his job. Now if Oogami is having sex because he's looking for sex or because he wants to hurt Sakuma, then that's cheating. As for your question on why he picked Sakuma up, it was simply because he was interested in who he was. But to add on to that, he just realized that he wants to possess Sakuma.
