Does anybody know what subordinate actually means??
Seme calls uke his boss in one speech bubble
But also uke describes seme as an elite from the head office sent down to help them who also looks down on him soo like??

I caught that, too. Definitely confusing.

As far as my understanding goes, the uke is a manager of a branch company and the seme a worker from the main branch. And you know sometimes people thinks that if you’re working in a branch, even if your position is high, it may not be as high if you were in the main branch. Like now the uke is manager but if he were to be working in the main branch, he may be a simple employee, performance wise. And because the seme is from the main branch, he is considered better than everybody else. Like the seme is an elite for the uke, and this elite was sent to the uke’s branch company in order to help his company. Sooo he is under the uke command, but because he is an elite who was sent here to save him, it’s like a proof of his “bad work”. And the uke interprets this as a subordinate better at his job than him looking down on him, cause he is incapable of managing correctly everything and he needs help from an employee of the main branch. So inferiority complex?
