For me.. I don't hate Tess, but I hate what happens after it

A lot of people say that in the novel, when Tess is in danger, he abandoned his family just for Tess and his father ended up dying.. when in the beginning he clearly stated that his family is his number one ( ̄へ ̄)

    1. A lot of people would prefer the story to not have romance.
(I don't think it has enough to cause all the "revolt")

    2. She is but a child, which when compared with his maturity leaves a big gap.
(I think people forget that their age can't be compered at all.)

    3. Teenager Princess.
(In the novel [if it appears here, it will be in the next chapters] she has certain impulsive reactions that are, in my opinion, justified by being teenager girl in love that as absolutely no experience in that field.
She is a princess. So, to some extent, she's spoiled too.
We also know she didn't have friends growing up either. Always alone in the palace just training. Except for the ML of course, which makes him her only friend, her savior, her world.)

ps: Some think this is a harem.
(IT IS NOT!!!! He only ever showed romantic interest for one person. And even that is with a lot of remorse. Since he remembers his previous life, psychologically he is much older, so it's understandable.)

People blame Tess for him leaving to save her, and his father dying, but that is more Jade's father's fault than Tess or Art. Second they harp on the age thing about her being young while he's mentally old, but that can't really hold water because three people transmigrated and we're reborn from Art's previous world, and Tess's soul is one of those people, but Art was the only one to remember from birth. Honestly the age thing is bullshit, just like blaming the death of Art's dad on her is bullshit, he's not physically older than her, so how can he be blamed for having a soul older than her (though in reality it really isn't)? There's really not much of a reason to hate her, unless you take into account that she ruins a perfectly good friendship not once but twice, just because she exists. Her soul loved Art in their previous life and it does in their new one. The only difference is that Art returns the feelings this time.

That’s sad so he died and here I wish they are complete until the end. I bet Art is blaming his self
