Someone plz explain what's going on here

Im so confused too.... Barely any story lines.... just Sex flashbacks and them meeting each other...

ok i think the mc and his family is cursed (like his parents are ill etc) and he went to a shaman to seek for a cure. the shaman told him to climb the mountain and find the guardian tree which happens to be the ml ig??? the mc said he will do anything to get rid of the curse and the ml helps him but in turn for a favor ofc. i assume the favor is sex
