Basically as you can see from this most recent chapter (97): Haesoo breaks up with Taku. And Taku asks if he loves Haesoo at the end.

Theres a 3 year time skip after this: And it shows Haesoo and Joowon meeting up at the airport.

There are flashbacks of the parents deciding not to remarry and essentially leaving Joowon and Haesoo alone to do as they please. Also, it shows that Haesoo told Taku he does in fact love Joowon in another flashback.

Basically with the 3 year time skip: it turns out that Haesoo decided he needed some time for himself and didn't just want to rush into a relationship with Joowon. Joowon respected his decision, and Haesoo went abroad for his studies.
Ofc Haesoo is not leaving cause he doesn't love Joowon (and Joowon knows that), but I think Haesoo didn't want to rush in and make the same mistakes they made last time. He realized he needed to become a better person by himself, and put more effort into his career, hence doing some studies. They don't exactly date when they're living apart, but Joowon does come visit Haesoo abroad.
Now 3 years later, Joowon says at the airport "Let's go home Haesoo". And now that Haesoo is back, they are going to live together and truly start a full relationship together.

Meanwhile, Taku found someone else that we haven't seen the face of yet. We just see them calling out Taku's name, and Taku looks pretty happy with his friends and new partner.
