Is not cheating. Cheating is when you are with someone and that one is flirting or sleeping with someone else when mean time he is with you. From the moment she broke up with her bf she is free to do what ever she wants and honestly she is the best example for people that realized that they are having thoughts for someone else when they are in a relationship, then the best for her and for the bf too is to broke up.
Imagine being in a relationship and your partner had thoughts for someone else having sex with you. No no she did the best choice she broke up before she hurt him and herself..
