Yeah out of all the lies that was the worst! i mean what's the end goal here really. I mean yeah he's a demon lord so he must be kinda cray cray but that ain't it chief!
If I was Maise and found out that the job i put my heart and soul into was nothing but a roleplay so that a lovesick demon lord could get close to me, I'd probably lash out and break ties with him immediately for treating me like a cutesy fool and making me believe that I got my dream job with my own efforts.
