And then you have the healer girl. If he likes the healer girl who was with him from the very first chapter, then that would be understandable. She was with him, to help him, to tried to protect him. And the story would be also better to see the mc and the healer girl trying to heal each other while developing their love interests toward each other. By heal each other I meant that the girl helps mc with his emotions and mc helps her with her trauma.
But bruh, he was interested in someone he barely knew. Disappointed. I wouldn't mind if they were to develop their love interests slowly, but their interests were just too sudden and out of nowhere.

but lets admit it, although the romance was present, it wasn't the focal point of the story (unlike TBATE where the mc literally said that he would abandon the world for his family and his love, like duuh). Not to mention, Jin Woo's bad-assery was immensely gratifying.

wellll i read the LN and at first it didn't bother me cause it was extremely subtle... and then I think I was, idk where manga is rn, but I just finished America arc one then that's when someone spoiled the ending for me and I just dropped it

God-tier manhwa that gives you the urge to read the novel it is based from as well. Honestly, I really only felt like this when I discovered Solo Leveling and The Beginning After the End(the romance in it killed it for me though).
