Basically red head dude wants the uke so he decided to give the seme a sort of drug that is maybe like full of ecstasy Sorry if I misspelled it) or a sort of sex drug. Red head then tells uke that he'll solve it IF the uke goes back to having sex with red head. The uke agreed but realized later on before the red head was about to make his move in bed that the uke didn't want this and would much rather be by the semes side. So he goes back and cries, they are having sex but it's because the uke feels bad and feels responsible which is why he is helping but it's sad bc of his past trauma and relationships.
