Well the doctor ethics part is fantasy and you must not mistake it with reality.
The thing about kissing that red haired sex friend bothered me too....like why is he going to to that sex friend and uses him as surrogate for uke like in ch 4 when he imagined sex friend as uke ....maybe cause he think uke is straight...
But doctor is going to reject sex friend in really harsh manner when things get real with uke in ch 20s or 18... that's why i don't like it when aside from using sex friend as a surrogate for uke , he also kisses him...he doesn't like him so why kiss!???
I don't really understand how their patient and doctor relationship can evolve into something romantic? I mean Dr.Han has been targeting Hyuk almost from the beginning. Sort of grooming him. If the truth came out I don't think that would end well at all! He is his doctor for Christs sake! Besides that Dr.Han is a player. Hyuk deserves better. He was just kissing that other guy... What exactly does he want with Hyuk?? His reasons are weird. He is gonna need some major character development for me to feel comfortable about his pursuit #－.－)
