Zero Scans had dropped this because the author told them to drop it and was threatening to sue. From what I know, Zero Scans DID drop it but it looks like things were sorted out and they picked it back up.

Im not sure why the author would be willing to allow anyone to work on their work after finding out ppl doing it illegally. Their Twitter is full of hate for illegal scans and websites like this

Well, unless they got paid that is, I can't see the author allowing anyone non official to work with them

They never dropped it. Chapter 68 was the end of the 1st season. Chapter 69 is the start of the 2nd season which just came out.
