As far as my understanding goes, heats are equivalent to omegaverse periods lool so they don't have separate periods
But periods more or less signal the end of reproductive cycle while heats signal the peak (?) of the reproductive cycle (I really don’t know the accurate terms but I hope this somewhat makes sense lol) so they can’t really be equivalents.

Alright so all omega have hearts right? Both male and female.... so do female omega also have a period along with the heat? And since male omegas have a reproductive system, do they have periods as well? Also do female alpha have periods?
