Yes but the first sentence was about the uke slapping first so the seme was right to slap back. They completely overlooked that he was sexually assaulted and was only defending himself/relieving the stress of the aggression by slapping him. The other guy had no reason to slap him back, he should simply have apologised and let him go. He even threatened to hurt him if he left before he could apply ointment on the wound he created. That part was fucked up and unrelated to his trauma, he's just acting like a bully.
