Yeah you're right. Taku was obviously always a plot device to push the main characters together. But what he did is still sickening to me and I don't think he had enough character development to make me forget about it. He came in between them for purely selfish reasons, not because he actually wanted to help them fix their shit.
Without taku am sure Haesoo would still be in a toxic relationship with joowon... Haesoo would still be sleeping around with guys in order to make joowon "jealous" and without that shock and fear that joowon got from taku .... Bro change would have never happened... And gave both Haesoo the courage and strength to love and fight for each other....SO GIVE THE MAN A LITTLE CREDIT... Because this shit had a chance to be the next painter of the night...and that's on PERIOD
