Yeah, there are too many moments that are cut, the manga seems like a summary to the novel. That's sad. Nevertheless the visual's too good to complain ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Yow this is saddening. Its more impactful in the novel where only one soldier stayed whereas the rest of the soldiers who had flee died and he had a moment of realization about his duty as a true soldier(saving those people's life i mean) it was an epic moment cut short but i wont complaint about jinwoo's visual. Hes perfect as always
