I read this yaoi a long time ago so I don't remember much but it was about this man working in a company, he is a really awkward person. When he goes to work he find out the new CEO (his new boss I think) is the guy he knew in school, he was the school's counsel president that "used him." Well he doesn't want to do anything with him but his new boss remembers his that is why he was chasing after him. There was also twins that were with the boss. I forgot to mention up there, the man was really chubby when he was in school but developed gastritis due to stress from work and lost a bunch of weight but he wants nothing to do with his past or the people in it.
