One of the reasons why i really love yaoi is because usually in situations like this the mc would reject advances like this thinking about their lovers or the person they have feelings for, even if at times they do end up almost doing it, the characters come to their senses and regret it thus leaving althogether because they just simply cant betray their feelings for the other person. I adore yaoi because of that but this just makes me really sad.
