I really hate to break it to you (Ma’am you asked for spoilers so please don’t attack me)....According to Korean comments on the last chapter (prob 31?), his father never repented, Kwon moved away with his uncle, and the girl friend and him broke apart. Not sure if even making friends with them was a delusion of his own (but I don’t think so). Eventually he goes crazy out of stress, his grades drop drastically, and he commits suicide because the only thing he could live for became pointless. He couldn’t take it so he committed suicide. But don’t be depressed! I think that in the end, the accumulation of all those anxiety inducing thoughts couldn’t leave him even if he attempted to get rid of that mindset. In a way, he found an eternal relief through his death. So technically he does get an anxiety-free end...!
Haha the Korean comments were pretty funny though. They were all either shocked, depressed, analytical, or angry. Some had
