Actually it was taesung who pushed the red haired guy down, see the thing is; after the sexual harassment he tried to pull on Tae and when Tae was about to punch him the lady with the blue hair was trying to unlock the door with the bobbin pin that's when Tae ruffled his own hair and pulled the guy, both landing onto the ground with Tae being on the floor and the red haired guy being ontop of Tae, of course tae did this to make it seem as he was being harassed by that biotch. Then Tae screamed which made the lady concerned and unlock the door quickly seeing the scene and conditions which Tae was in (like his belt unbuckled, his hair and tie all messy and boss ontop of tae) the lady was horrified but didn't know what to do. Eventually she talked to both of them separately because she wanted to hear both sides of their story. Of course red hair tried to lied and tae acted like the victim who didn't wanted to hurt his 'boss' xD (and the Oscar goes Taesung for such great acting). Anyways, the red hair guy was trying to ask the blue haired lady not to say anything because he was innocent but the lady still reported what she saw and the red hair guy was summoned to the higher ups, he then privately sent a message to Taesung to meet eachother, by the stair case when they are talking Taesung gives him an ultimatum, to quit on his own or have his dad fired him for sexual harassment which will ruin the red hair reputation and to never show his face. Which the biotch decides to quit on his own.
