When I read this first chapter it quickly came to my mind.
It's called The Rib of Adam, and I wouldn't say it's realistic at all. It is completed though.

Wasn't there a very similar manga recently that has been completed yet? I forget the name but it was very well done with development of their relationship. I wish that one would get completed because it was much more thorough to provide realistic situation
