I think his relationship with the queen is just political although they both trust and respect each other, while his relationship to estrella's mother is real love. I don't think the brother is right by saying her mother only use the king to have suicide but rather, her mother fell inlove with the king that even knowing she will die, she still wants to give birth to his kid. Also in her memories (as a baby), her mother is really kind to both her and the king and I don't think that's the attitude of someone who is just using someone because they want to die. More than suicide I think what her mother did is sacrifice.

whats wrong with loving more then one person? i think the king even talked to the queen about how would she feel and things like that. its not bad, some people have an open relationship also alot of kings back then have multi wives so yeah
So the biggest question bugging me right now is why da hell would he have child with another women when he already has such a loving wife and kids.
