In "The Lady and The Beast" a red haired badass FL is also tied to the ML but...
She killed his first incarnation, she is stonger, smarter and mature than the ML, she is detached from life, tortured but not that angry anymore, she doesn't give a damn what anyone thinks of her and other female characters are getting inspired by her. Like a commoner tomboy becoming a knight in training under Astina.

The Lady's Butler(SML is the ML), The Monster Duchess and the Contract Princess (Badass abused girl + Mature older Woman warrior), Light & Shadow (Superbadass FL in medieval time), The Villainess Lives Twice (Super calculating FL not inferior to ML), The Peerless Alchemist (Male Waifu + gay animals/mounts), UGLYHOOD (No romance but unfeminine badass), White Blood (I don't like the plot twist that the MC accidently created the tyrannical main antagonist), The Villainess' Slow Prison Life Began With Her Broken Engagement (Lazy Psycho Rachel), The Last Game (FL superior than ML), The Duchess With An Empty Soul (Great FL but first two antagonists are queer/gay), Tearmoon Empire Story (Funny self-serving FL does not end up with a prince who killed her), The Reincarnated Great Saint Hides Herself as a Saint (Relaxed smart FL doesn't need to be in pain anymore) and Sailor Moon Manga
You re welcome.
Most of the stories I am drawn to are about female MCs who are not defined or underminded by an attractive shitty toxic ML who is either talented manchild, abusive bad boy or cruel fuck boy.
Take for instance, in the webtoon "Emperor And The Female Knight" our MC Pauliana is a very unfeminine strong survivor who has to face constantly sexism and bigotism.
You will admire her for how she manages to survives in a very hostile enviroment but at the end her life is defined/affected mainly by the blond emperor who saved her, admired her, gave her a position, fell in love with her and accidently got her pregnant when both were drunk. And just like Ianna still bound to conservative social norms by a patriarchal society...

Ianna's story is mostly defined by chasing and becoming stronger for the ML Arhad.
And he has been chasing after her for a very long time like a stalker since they were gods.
Even though we see her slowly unleashing her hidden potentials on her own mostly, the ML is still kinda portrayed as more superior in status, power, intelligent, talent etc... despite of his current handicap.
Good for him getting more cute and supportive with her as an obsessive dark haired Tsundere.
She is probably the only female badass in her universe aside from the purble haired archmage Lalatua. Which is a shame. She is not like other girls Trope - Youtube.
Skeleton Soldier Coulnd't Protect The Dungeon + Kingdom of the Queen + Claymore have more real strong female characters.
It pains me to see that Ianna is still affected and sensitve by other nobles/aristocrats trash insults/rumors. And she can't unapologetically reject the offerings of a prince because she is still bound to the rules, norms and classist etiquettes of high royal society...
Girl, you already know your mighty origin, how powerful you are or how pointless everything is!!!

Some commentator argued that Ianna has some masochistic tendencies because of the ML...
Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy the struggling journey of Ianna but there are still lots of things holding her back... It's frustrating that I can't ignore it.
Now when you look at Melissa and Yona from "Beware Of The Villainess": THEY DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ANYTHING RELATED TO THE WORLD OF ELITISTS!!! THEY LITERALLY SHIT ON THEM!!! Even Yuri the original heroine wants to break free from this world. Melissa uses her inner rage/anger to change things around her and live her own joyful life + Yona is a delightful materialistic opportunistic snob explotiting happily other rich people ^^
Ianna on the other hand wants to follow and pleade loyality to the man who defeated and killed her in the first original timeline...
Another recommendation about emancipation and empowerment: The Pet Of The Villainess
