Yes now he is open and honest. But param never responded to those feelings. Hwi may be able to confirm his feeling but param isn’t. He has two people he likes a lot, and plenty of other emotional issues. It’s not that easy as “getting his shit together”. Param realizes he likes Hwi and not Han. He needs to actually communicate that to Hwi. If you look at this from Hwi’s perspective Param is all over the place. They’ve been having sex, they get close but Param still likes someone else. Then they become friends and Param agrees to a date. But then Param is weird the whole time and when Hwi confronts him Param won’t tell the truth. Then they go their separate ways and don’t talk. Now all of a sudden Param shows up asking for another chance??

It's not obligation.. It'd just being honest. Yes, Hwi and Param is not dating but Hwi has openly shared his feelings and admitted it to Param. Param is also harboring feelings for Hwi, but if he did not even choose to be honest before being in a relationship with Hwi, god knows what will happen in the future. We're not trying to say anything bad, just hope that Param will be honest and at least let the wound in Hwi's heart be lighter. Hwi genuinely tried to be a good bf so all of us hoped Param would be too.
Put it like this, what would you do if you found out your s.o slept with someone else right before you start your relationship? That's already the first sign of dishonesty. It would've hurt less if they were honest with you from the start, right? It's just basic consideration. I heard from a spoiler that hwi doesn’t want to see Param anymore after they try going on a date and Param said his stomach aches. Param becomes sick and Hwi goes to see him since he’s so caring and his friends called him to check on Param, after that he leaves. Idk if they broke up or a break but I’m guessing it’s break up. I’m so glad tbh if it’s that. Author needs to give hwi a new man and Param can take Han.

Ok so I’ve seen the raws and chapter 45 is when he finally goes to hwi and basically says he’ll be a better person and I think they get together then. So just wait a little longer (also any of you genuinely mad at param chill cuz although hwi is a great guy hwi did come after param crush and param already liked the other guy for a long time you just can’t tell someone to stop liking them after that long plus he’s conflicted and they were only fuck buddies and hwi was using him in the beginning but I go like hwi and param Better like everyone here)
