Need help again to find 2 mangas

1) it's not Yaoi nor shounen ai (I think). One guy rented a room, because he wanted to be independent from his family. But he then found out that there was another guy in there, because the guy who rented the or v made a mistake. They decided to live together until one of them found another place to stay.

One of them moves out, but then they start living together again

2) it's Yaoi and this one I don't think I can explain very well. It's about a guy who cook at a restaurant and took in a kid. He cared for him, but the kid grew up and they start to develop feelings for each other. Sounds generic, but I don't know how to explain it better.
