Everyone is using the same excuse over and over again. Which isn't really valid throughout the whole story, especially since nakyum is allowing it now.
And Seungho wasn't told the whole truth people can't expect seungho to become so lovey dovey and change his personality over night because he realsied he LIKEs somebody. Baaaakkka

Sigh. Yes but there are other not so historical accurate things in the story by most people only talk about history if it gives a free pass to imbalance between NK and SH.
