I am not sure either. jinwoo is probably arent aware that cha hae in has romantic feelings for him (she probably likes him in a romantic way) of course, their friendship will develop. the story is only focusing with action stuff. there's also no romance mentioned in this manwha or even in the novel.
Nope, I doubt Jinwoo doesn’t know that Cha Hae-In likes him. Remember when that time he asked his little sister about what she thinks about him (as in manly shit). He got teased, then asked himself what would he find so attractive about himself that Cha Hae-In even fell for him. Jinwoo is probably just turning a blind eye lmao. Though there was that one time where Jinwoo accidentally caught Cha Hae In bathing. In the end, he blushed lmao. Very cute.
