true in most of the countries the sensei will get arrested even if the boy is 17 years old and the sensei 24 (is not a big diference but by contract a teacher cant touch a student)

I guess so. And because I have that mentality I found it weird when one of my classmates dated a substitute teacher and no one said anything. Everyone knew but maybe the school didn't? o.O Then again, I often see cases on tv and the guy gets arrested.
