It gets pretty boring after the mc and doctor gets together. (They get together or becomes fwb real fast) The plot twist kind of didn't make sense, I even wonder why was it even there?

So mc and the doctor used to know each other in the past. Mc had a thing for the doc but doc rejected him (the guy that mc dreamt about in one of first few chapter is doc). They both forgot about it. I get how doc could just forget about it since he is so casual about sex n stuff. But for Mc to not recognize him is weird, a older guy he met during highschool kissed him then rejected him... people would normally remember people like more than the others. Doc looked the same except he had a more bad boy style. After finding out, mc breaks up with doc then gets back together pretty fast and that's about it. The end.
So many chapters but so little happens. It actually had a potential to pull in rival characters in but they eliminated them before it even began. The focus also randomly shifts to Mc's bestfriend and how he was in love with mc (in the past) but gave up and met up with some other dude. Their story didn't contribute to the main story as far as I understood.
For people who are reading this for the smut... smut doesn't get that good. It's was mostly vanilla. At the start when the doc imagined mc with cuffs and blind fold, I thought the dude had that kinky side to him... but apparently not because nothing steamy like BJ Alex happens. (Vanilla isn't bad but for those who were expecting more spice, it wasn't that exciting)
The whole story could've been fitted into 20 chapters at the most. It just gave me a bland feel at the end. I really liked the start tho
