He took advantage of the fact that Param's body was sensitive and that he was desperate for change (physically). And how are you going to be someone's sex partner, knowing that they like someone else, and then expect a date without the other person feeling conflicted? From my point of view, Param didn't do anything wrong, but Taehyun is definitely an SOB. My main point is that I don't think Param is actively TRYING to play both men. Taehyun coerced Param and many other men into sex, just to leave them hanging. And Hwi took advantage of Param's sensitivity and gave him "lessons." They both did this knowingly and knew what they were trying to do. Param's relationship with Hwi is like friends with benefits. And that's why I don't think Param has an obvious crush on Hwi (yet). Param tells Hwi that he's caring and a really sweet guy, but never really compliments him on his looks outwardly. I just think Param's completely oblivious to the fact that Hwi likes him. That's why (right now at least) I can't really say that Param's playing with both of their feelings. Like it's not with knowing or malicious intent.
