i just compared them side by side. Youre right, it does appear to be different art styles in the jawline and hair. i saw some similarities in the eyes so... it could be possible.
Maybe the other was a collab between two sensei's?

However, I can't believe that Itoshii To Iu Koto and this manga have the same mangaka. The styles are completely different. Can there be some mistake?
